LPG freezing

I fitted LPG to my C20 / 292 many years ago. Today everything froze.
I am sure that means the water pump has given up, does anybody disagreed please?

make sure the coolant is flowing properly. had a forklift freeze up and it has rust =blockage in the heater hose fitting feeding the coolant to everything.

I live in Alaska and I deal w/propane. What it sounds like to me is you have a leak. When propane leaks out of the bottle it comes out at a very cold freeze even on a hot summer day. Check your fittings.
