Nice progress, are you putting a grease pit in? I was thinking of putting in a pit when I build.

Did you have to fill the blocks in solid?

jugernot 11-16-2003 12:56 AM

Nice solid garage, where the lift go.

Truck Hippy 11-16-2003 08:39 AM

Yea, I wish I had room and $$ for a lift. JIMs70GMC, Finished the blocks on Friday and The blocks were filled solid only up to floor level. I wanted to raise the floor to keep water out. Its hard to tell in the picture but my yard sloaps toward the garage alittle. I tied in re-bar into the footing up 36" into the wall to keep it from ever pushing out from back filling and the weight of the floor. Wes.
