WTB: Passenger side vent knob, bracket and rod.
What the title says, need these for 67 GMC. I have a good vent door, it's just missing these items to make it operational. Thanks.

Re: WTB: Drivers side vent knob, bracket and rod.
Will check later this morning, think I have the rod, knob and the bracket from a driver side door.

Sounds good.

Re: WTB: Drivers side vent knob, bracket and rod.
Sorry but can't help on this one. Did not realize the the 67 vent knobs are different than later 69-72 round, cone shaped black knobs. Another 67 only item

Guys, messed up the title description. Actually need the passenger side stuff. Lesson learned, don't post anything before my morning coffee. Dang.

No problem. I have a complete parts cab. Just finished pulling the drivers side. Here are the pics. Same price to anyone else that can use these pieces. I will go pull the passenger side and post some pics for you. Thanks, Harlow

Re: WTB: Drivers side vent knob, bracket and rod.
Not at the truck right now to tell the difference. Just mirror image of each other looks like. Nice quality. Kind weird on my end though. Looks like the original owner had an issue with the vent door staying put. Found the vent door under the seat. Looks like it did when it left the factory. When I tried to put it in the vent opening (had been filled with sheets of Styrofoam), the upper and lower holes were just barely too far apart for the pins to keep it in place. No rot whatsoever, just looks like the panels weren't installed properly at factory. Somehow though, all the handle hardware went missing. Anyway, just the backstory.
Looks good though, thanks! |
