Decent Upper Door Hinges?

1 Attachment(s)
Attached picture is door hinges I received that I ordered new. What I had was a bit beyond rebuilding for the uppers. But these have loose friction pads that will rattle and cannot open all the way because of how slide is so "expanded." Picture is as far open as i can get them by hand, both left and right, about an inch from "stop."

* Question is, any recommended QUALITY replacements? These are going back. I also have someone looking for salvaged door hinges that are "rebuildable."

Thank you both. I didn't want to install because just didnt' look right, but was hoping the door weight would remedy that.

What about the friction pads being loos when door (hinge) is closed?

Friction pad on originals are loose when closed too. Post up on how they install and line up.

I have a store that sells hand tools. Believe it or not Taiwan made tools are now considered the better quality out there. Don't beat me up as I didn't bite for some time but its true (and sad).

Randy, I liked your door build post & will use that as a guide as I rebuild these doors for this ol'67.

Red,
My Dad was a Machinist and lived by "Made in USA," but it is what it is. I was just surprised not so much by "Made in Taiwan," as how tight the slider was and how loose the friction pads were. Appreciate the feedback I got on this before I installed these with repaired doors (in process). I noticed I need to trim down the length on the hinge pin kit I bought for the lower hinges too
