Wood floor cross sill height measurement needed

Could someone measure the height of the two Center cross Sills for a wood bed. I think I ordered the metal cross sills and I need to see if I need to cut them down or just order new ones. Too late to return them I painted them. Looks like they should be 2 inches vs 3 for a metal floor. I'm about an inch too high at the front and rear sills. Hand made wood sills were there before. 2 and 3 in the diagram.

Should be 2-1/4” for all of the larger ones for a wood bed fleetside.
