55 GMC Series 2 E Brake Cable Retaining Clips

I need them...

Neither Brothers nor LMC seems to carry them. I did try to use the same clips that are used to retain brake hoses but they didn't seem to fit. Any suggestions or hints or tricks would be greatly appreciated.
