What in the heck is this rubber seal for? AD
3 Attachment(s)
These two rubber seals were in the box of all my new rubbers for my truck. I can't for the life of me figure out what they are for. They are a loop and if you pull that loop straight it's about 33 inches across the longest point.
It's a "V" shape, sorry for the one photo out of focus but you can see how it's shaped. Brian |

Kinda looks like running board seal...except for it being a loop?

It's too small for the running board seal, I have those, they are much bigger.

Some practical joker threw them into your parts box just to confuse you. They're probably off a refrigerator door.

Kind of looks like the wiper seal that goes inside the door, but those are not a loop either. Maybe cut to length.

They don't look like anything I have ever seen for an AD but I wouldn't throw them away yet.
My guess is that someone with a different model and maybe brand of truck is fussing that he is missing two seals out of his box. |

Yeah, I left them in the box.
