What makes it a Cameo, the two tone moulding? I would think there were plenty of them.

You could order the big back window and deluxe cab (stainless steel trim and chrome knobs) on any chassis, but the description in that ad is not very accurate. Factory tach??? Not available and not visible in the photo. Cameo ("fleet" style fiberglass side bed) in anything larger than 1/2 ton? Nope.

I'd say imagination makes it a Cameo But If I had the money to buy it I wouldn't be arguing the point. You just check out all the nifty bells and whistles and wonder if they were factory ordered or added later.
Roll into the Antique truck shows where the big trucks go and that one is going to draw some attention.

It's 117 miles from me and about 20 something miles from Walla Walla where they are having the Wheeling Walla Walla show the weekend after Labor Day (Sept 7/8) that draws a lot of car folk. That means it is the best time of the year to put a nifty truck on Craigslist in that area..

I was thinking about jumping in the daily early Saturday morning and heading down there to check out a bunch of rigs I don't usually get to see as it draws cars from quite an area especially when some guys wives want to make the trip because of the wineries in the area. What used to be famous for it's prison and onions is now just as famous for it's wineries.

Unless you are into bigger trucks and might belong to the American Truck Historical Society that favors big trucks and the bigger the better http://s173.photobucket.com/user/mr4...?sort=2&page=1 From their national show here at the fairgrounds a few years ago. Those guys brought trucks from all over the US, Canada and even Alaska for the show even piggybacking trucks on the one they drove.

In this area I can see someone with an antique tractor and farm equipment wanting it to haul his tractor to shows in the region.

It has all the right pieces but I'd agree that who ever buys it has to figure that he needs to go through it completely and at least detail it out right.

If I had it I'd probably end up hauling my granddaughter's girl scout group though the local parade every spring. That and take it to some of the small town Saturday car show on main street events around here.
