Drip rail patch, need advice..

Ordered a drip rail from one of the parts sites...Cut out the rusted section and this is how it lines up. Is it a situation where you have to do the whole thing or nothing? Any ideas? Thanks

Sadly par for the course from the repop industry right now...
If the height of the turned up lip is your biggest concern, just taper the new piece over an inch of so to match the old height... Once its caulked and painted you wont notice it... Have fun :chevy::chevy::chevy: |

Thanks for the replies. I cheated it a little to line up well enough. It's on and just needs a little flap disc attention.:hot:

That looks like my suburban's drip rail, from the factory. I have decided my Burban's roof was installed on a Friday just before quiting time. :lol:
