Coil or engine cover help...
1 Attachment(s)
Im finalizing a '72 GMC build. Put in a crate 6.2 LS3. I want to clean up the look. Prefer to cover just the coils at this point. I have the high mount alternator. What is everyone doing? I do not want the "corvette" plastic wings. I like the look of stock SBC valve covers and have been looking at the CFR performance valve cover adapters, but what happens to the oil fill?

Re: Coil or engine cover help...
You can get adapters and run stock sb valve covers...youll have to relocate the coils though..

Re: Coil or engine cover help...
Delmos has some nice stuff...and there are others...https://www.delmospeed.com/product-c...vers-adapters/
You can use one of the valve covers with the fill cap if you want... |
Re: Coil or engine cover help...
Ive seen some of the options if you relocate the coils, but Im trying to avoid that if possible.....

Your options are pretty limited if your not relocating coils...
Edlebrock makes a set of covers...and I've got a set that i cant use...the oil fill goes thru them.. But they only work with certain coils and wouldn't work with my truck coils So i made these for my c30... |
