Brake booster line
 

With my booster being under the floor in the stock master cylinder location it makes for a long run. Looks like my stock LQ9 truck intake has a 1/2 in hose barb on the back of the intake for vaccuum. The booster one is a 3/8. That's a fairly long run what should I use for a hose? Hard line or braided 3/8 with a reducer or braided 1/2 with a reducer?

I like hardline for long runs. Not sure how well braided does vs standard vacuum hose. I have a shorter run and am using an inline reducer with all rubber hose.

What kind of hairline do you recommend? Like brakeline or fuel line seems too small.

Get some 3/8 inch hard line.
Home Depot should have some.

Or look for 3/8 line at your local parts store. They should have some long pieces of pre flared line.
