Sorry, still a newbie... Transmission is a TH350, not sure on the transfer case, will have to crawl under it later.
It is a 4 bolt flat style and the one I have now measures 26.5" between the u-bolts on the shaft itself, and I added the 3.25" for the furthest u-bolt, so 29.75" total from the end u-bolts. Hopefully the pic helps too. Thanks! |
Re: WTB front drive shaft
The transfer case is the NP203, full-time 4wd model.

Re: WTB front drive shaft
Hi Bruce. I have a couple good ones. I'm traveling until the 24th. Hopefully something pops up sooner, if not I will get you pics when I get back to my shop. Thanks, Harlow

Re: WTB front drive shaft
I have to stop out at the shop after work tonight. I'll look and see if there are any extras.

Re: WTB front drive shaft
Thanks Harlow!
Matt - if you still have my number, just shoot me a text with a pic of what you have if it is the right length. |
Re: WTB front drive shaft
It looks like you just need to redo/replace the double cardan assembly. Is that the case? Is the ball still good on the main shaft? If that's the case, any GM squarebody double cardan assembly with flat flange 77-91 could be a donor for repair.

Re: WTB front drive shaft
It looks like it has seen better days. I need to probably replace the ujoints too, so if I could find the whole setup in good shape, it will address both issues.
