Looking for 700r4 2004r. Tranny or manuel with an overdrive

I need one of these three trannies for my 69 gmc My tired old th350 is killing both my engine(350) and ears. It has the wiring I beleave for a lock up. But idk hoe to hook it up. Even a 2004r tranny would work. I’m in the middle Tennessee area.

There are 2 pick-a-part places in Clarksville. I would start there. Be sure to get the carburetor bracket and TV cable or order from another source.
