67 GMC front turn signals

Does anyone make LED turn signals for the front of my 67 GMC? LMC has everything for a Chevy but nothing for the front of the GMC. Or do I have to just replace the bulbs with an LED bulb?

I've known of them being custom made by a board member here, but that was years ago. I don't know if anyone offers them ready to install.
