Does anybody know where these go on the rear springs on a 1971 Blazer? I know they went on the rear I thought.

Spring eye bolts, the front has them also, they go on the nut side.

What is the inner diameter? Those look like the thick washers that get used on the cast iron spring plates. They go on the U-bolts between the spring plates and U-bolt nuts. There are four for each spring plate.
