65 c10 LMC cross sill question

I ordered all new cross sills from LMC. The mounting tabs that they sent that weld to the bottom of the new cross sills are about a 1/4 inch shorter then the ones on the factory cross sills. Has anyone used them? Should I try and cut the ones off off the factory sills and reuse them

Welcome...and welcome to the world of repop parts...not fitting is very common...you also would be better off posting this in the 60-66 section
