Small Block Oil Pan in a '60

The motor I am putting in my '60 has a pretty good dent in the oil pan and I am looking for one to replace it. Is there a special year or shape I need to work right? For example if you don't get the right oil pan under a 55-57 passenger car the idler arm will hit it on right turns. The motor I am putting in it was from a '67 1 ton would that pan have worked out alright anyway? Whats the going price for one? I looked on Ebay and I didn't see much. Here in the midwest swap meet season is over till spring. If I put in the dented pan will I have trouble changing it when it is in the truck?

You really don't need any special oil pan in the '60-'66 trucks. Most any small block oil pan for a 2pc rear main seal will work. I don't know what the going price is since I have never had to buy one. I have a lot of extras. If the engine is currently out, why not just remove the oil pan and straighten it out? Then install a new oil pump, pickup screen and intermediate shaft when you put it back together. Stock small block oil pumps are reasonably priced.
