67 c10 6 cy engine size????
 

Just Got my first C10😎. Very excited. The frame is long which will be cut down ASAP it also came with a good mark short bed in boxes. It has a straight six but I have no idea what size it is. How do I find out which six cylinder motor I have??

should ne a 250 or a 292.
Look at the side covers to determine which one.
292's have very tall side covers

Another way to tell is that the 250 motor mounts are equal on the sides, the 292 the mounts are offset with the passenger side being more forward. Are you going to keep the motor or go with something else?

For starters I’m going to shorten the frame and then get my hands dirty redoing suspension and brakes, down the road probably will put a bigger motor in
