Complete set - frame, seats, buddy seat/console, buddy seat cab brace, center console rubber trim.
Both seats tilt. Driver seat slides. The buddy seat I bought from somewhere else so there is a corner with surface rust inside, but no rust through and not showing on underside. Everything else is from California all its life, and is in very nice shape. $1000 local pickup. I have these listed locally as well. I'd rather not ship, but if it doesn't sell locally in a few weeks and I can net $1k after shipping and fees and boxes I'll consider it, just let me know if you're interested in the thread please.
