I will use this post to post the remaining parts that I find as I clean and organize my project.

I believe the wires are for a small block, but I'm not 100% on the application.

The carb was on my truck for about 5K miles. I let it sit for about 5-7 years before starting it. It ran rough. I replaced the carb with a new one, and the truck ran much better. Since your question, I did closely inspect the carb and noticed that two butterfly valves on the bottom are really hard to rotate. I don't know if it's because of a gummy buildup, or if it is something worse. I'm calling the carb "parts" and is free to littleherc first, but whoever wants it for the shipping cost of $18.90.
