Tailgate Handle Clips
 

So I decide to fix my sticking/ rusty tailgate handle,took it all apart and the round little barrel clips that hold the rods to the handle pretty much disintergrated, is there a plastic type of clip to replace these metal ones,I remember using that type of clip when I changed the handle on my 1994 C1500.

Dorman HELP section of any reputable auto parts store should carry them..

only ones I've seen are made of plastic and actually hold up fairly well..

haven't had to replace but a few over 30 years..
