Wiring diagrams -- where did they go?!?

Somewhere on here, I ran across a bunch of very nice squarebody diagrams. I don't remember if they were in a post or in someone's signature. Either way, I can't find them.

Can anyone help me out here?

It wasn't the one I was thinking of. The format of those factory manuals is not as handy as I would like. Somewhere on here, I was seeing some very nice clear diagrams.

How many do you want?
Search with ‘google images’ to find anything you want.

None of the aftermarket diagrams are complete for each year and there are errors that are not present in the GM manuals.

What diagrams are you looking for?

Specifically, I'm looking for complete pinouts for all the stock '87 dash controls. I'll be moving all the dash connectors over to my own new harness.

I'm using Hatzie's wiring manual, which is a better scan job than AllDataDiy had of the same diagrams. It's still not as clear as a diagram I saw on here just a week ago, but can't find.

Found it. It was on the wrong forum. These appear to be aftermarket diagrams, but different and better than the Haynes manual that I have. They're also clearer than the factory diagrams, and laid out in a little more typical format. I'll keep an eye out for errors.

Those are chopped up sections of page 1 of an 81-83 or so wiring manual. In 84 GM started adding some embyonic ECM control to things and it got progressively more complex each year.

You should've mentioned you were working on a 1987. Those 1987 GM wiring diagrams are a bear to wade through.

Download the 1988 & 1989 RV series diagrams. You can follow those and they'll be closer to your 87 than the scans you linked to on Chris's board.

Chris Lucas has a lot of good electrical and other tech info on his board written and organized by Rich "bd", VileZamboni, IrishAlley, and several others.
