I am having issues with my 72 Jimmy. When I park on my driveway, which is on an incline it won’t start. When I back it in l, it starts right up. Thoughts???

Re: Fuel issue

Weak fuel pump? Looks like it's a long way for the pump to pull fuel from the back end, and maybe you are working against gravity.

Re: Fuel issue

check all the rubber fuel lines....they get brittle and develop cracks that can let the pump suck in air while trying to pull fuel...parking downhill uses gravity to overcome this issue.
