Rotted cab mount

Just bought a 2002 GMC 2500 Extended cab Short box 6.0. Just got the word from the shop that was doing the safety for me and theres a rotted cab mount that the previous owner was hiding damn well (RR Body mount, body portion, not the frame mount)

Ive been looking online for over 2 hours now and i cant find anything for a replacement cab mount, i just find the frame mount or the bushings.

Does anyone have a source to find a replacement cab mount? or am i going to have to make the part as close as possible and drill out the spot welds? i dont mind making it cause ill use thicker gauge steel but i dont want to be wasting the time trying to measure it and get it right as i dont have too many body shaping tools at my shop other than SFH's and BFH's

Any help would be appreciated! if anyone knows if i can get one from GM even

One option is to cut that section out of the floor of a wrecked cab. There are probably cabs at your local breaker with stove in sides and or roofs that have good enough floor sections for a rusty cab floor repair.

You might want to get a good look at how much of the floor, if any, is knackered on your cab so you get enough of the donor floor to make it all better. Best case it's just the mount itself so you drill out the spot welds on both and button weld the "new" mount to your cab floor bottom.

It is literally just the one mount, the rest of the cab is mint, thats what sucks so much. the problem with cutting it out of the wreckers is that its about 2 feet of slush right now and 99% of the trucks at the wreckers are there because of rot (Thanks, Canada) but ill take a look if i can get time.

The mount portion with the bolt hole is fine, its to the right of that that is rotted, ill probably just make something thats close to it and welderup

Just as bad South of the border. New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan use more salt than Ontario. Worse yet they use Calcium Chloride too.
The New England states are just as bad.
Probably the maritime provinces and Quebec use plenty of salt as well.
Welcome to the NorthEastern rust belt where we can turn your car to fine brown powder in a couple years.

It’s ridiculous up here, little bit of freezing rain and they’ll put a truck load of salt down per road, or if we get a tiny bit of snow there’s a truck load, on our major highways we get the road brine and even in the summer on our dirt roads we get calcium chloride to stop the dust. You can’t win, I swear they don’t even use 1/4 the weight of sand as they do salt anymore, barely ever see a truck with sand in it lol
