69-72 K5 Homemade Half Top
 

For Sale first gen K5 homemade half top, $450 obo, s&h extra, pickup is probably best Mexico Beach, FL 32456. It has been removed from the vehicle. I bought a 72 K5 last year and it had this top on it. Here’s the story. The original owner took the full Fiberglas top and cut it into a half cab after a tree damaged the back of it. So the top and sides are original. They cut it off right behind the seats and build a plywood divider wall and put a pickup sliding glass window in it. Top was originally white but was coated black at the time of the conversion. The plywood divider wall had to be destroyed to Remove it and was partially rotten so not worth saving. So you’ll need to recreate that to make this work. For sale is the half top and sliding glass window only. Good condition. No visible cracks. Will need all new seals. CL ad here with more pics
