Ever seen one of these? My buddy Bill has this 66 that has this thing on it. He is very knowledgeable on these trucks and we were scratching our heads trying to figure it out.

OK OK, sorry, I couldn't help it. It's a good ol time Water/Vapor injection system. Or, in this case, perhaps pumpkin juice injection.

Water vapor injector. Supposed to improve engine performance.

I remember the Marvel Mystery Oil injection system that looked like that but with a steel Marvel can not the glass jar. They fed the intake too.
