Dumb question here, why are tow hooks so expensive?
Your price seems comparable to other ones I've seen. Are they just rare or are they tool (or some other special grade of) steel or something? |

Not reproduced, weren't common when the trucks were new (so "rare") and they're forged, not cast, so recreating them today would be cost prohibitive.

These hooks are getting harder and harder to find. The original forged ones are super strong, indestructible and cool as heck.

I've been pulling my truck in and out of the shop with the gator, and these would be handier than crawling under the truck. |
