Powerplant

Hello guys I'm in search of some info on engine options/specs/ideas.
I've got a 72 highlander and would like to get 400 hp so I could cruise around town and turn some heads. I've got the original 350 small block from the truck in a barn ready for life! Could I get some specs on a good combo for a 350 355 383 stroker that will get me in the 400 hp range? This is my first build any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Suggest you look at a crate engine to save the pain of a first up 400 HP build....

383 stroker in an 880 (Vortec) block/heads and use the LT4 hot cam or something with similar specs; 215-220 duration at .050 and .500ish lift.
