L86 swap help!

Hey guys and gals I need some serious help on this L86/10L90 swap I sent the harness off for a rework job and got burned. Some plugs are wrong some wiring is to short etc....... the 02 sensors plugs are wrong and I believe the company also sent the wrong 02 sensors as they are the downstream not upstream. Also there are 2 wires not labeled if anyone has a clue please help!!!

Who did the harness? As far as the wires, best bet to call them and ask, otherwise you just need to trace the wires.

O2 sensors.. compare it to rock autos part numbers

On the back of the fuse box, are there green plugs in the unused holes?

/swapspecialties.com built the harness I reached out to them first they said the plugs were wrong and they would send some adapters. I was told 4
Weeks to complete the harness it’s been 13 weeks now and it’s still not right so I have lost all faith in there availability todo anything. I know the 02 sensors are the wrong part number I was hoping someone who has done the swap could chime in maybe they have used the same 02 sensors? I have the part number for the upstream but that still doesn’t fix the wiring issue. As for the blue and brown wire it does not go to the fuse box but runs back into the harness.

How many wires do you have total that need to be connected and what are their labels ,except the 2

Everything that was labeled is fine the sensor under the throttle body is pulled super tight and will lead to failure. The 02 sensor plugs are incorrect and I’m having a hard time trying to find the correct male plug for the 02 sensors so I can just redo those 2 plugs. I sent my complete 100% harness and was told they would use the plugs but thy did not happen. Then I was told everything was tested but that’s also aloe because they would have noticed the wrong 02 plugs and how tight or stretched the harness is in the front. Also the ecu was supposed to be new but it’s not it’s from a junk yard out of a 2015 3.6 impala it is an e92 but will that work? Also said they had a problem get the 10 speed tcm to talk to the ecu have you heard of this issue before?

Re: L86 swap help!

To be more specific on the wire question, how many wires are cut and need to be hooked up, and what labels are on the ones you have?

Yeah someone here had a problem with a mis matched ECU and trans. I dont recall but be has a l83 swap as well, but a 6l80e. its fairly recent I think
If you had the vin number I'd imagine the dealer could flash it to stock and then have it tuned for swap afterwards.

As far as the wires that are too short that looks like the DOD manifold connector which usually people tune off. If you want a repair kit, PM me.

87chdvy.com, that was me on my dad’s.

My experience for flashing is no dealer near me( DFW) would touch it.
