B Pillar trim boards
 

So my truck originally came with no headliner. I bought a headliner board off of Amazon and used original plastic to finish out my interior. However, the headliner aboard came with these B pillar pieces that I did not use. I assume these should be covered with headliner material. They come with a large piece of Velcro to attach them. Not sure how they work, but better than nothing.
