Help identifying electrical connector
3 Attachment(s)
I have been able to clean up all the wiring on the truck and have one connector left I am trying to identify. This connector runs toward the passenger side and drops out down by the glove box. Does anyone know what this goes to? Thank you.

looks like its for the dual tank switch ???

Re: Help identifying electrical connector
Not the dual tank switch plug. That only has four terminals and they are female Packard 56 terminals to mate with the 1/4" Male disconnects on the switch.
It may be the Hot Fuel Module plug. It's the right plug... http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=757299 |
Re: Help identifying electrical connector
as said not the fuel selector plug for sure .
not even close to hot fuel plug from the link . look at the plug shape . read his location . power window and door lock plug if i was to guess since its all the way over by the glove box location . this is if i had to guess on it since i mostly play with man windows and locks . |

Re: Help identifying electrical connector
Look on the 1988 R/V series wiring diagram page 43 PDF page 285... The plug in question is in the lower centre of the page.
PDF pages 289 & 290 have the ECM circuit number assignments and wire colors. GM circuit #s Circuits follow
