71 Blazer disk brake sticker?

Curious if 71 Blazers also got the disk brake sticker on the tailgate like the trucks did

I believe they did, but don't recall seeing any on a burb?

I was looking through the Burb area yesterday and there was an original 71 Burb with a disk brake sticker on the gate. I read a little further, it had a repaint. Person must have stuck it on there after the new paint job.
