Want to buy: heat/defrost diverter box
 

I would like to buy a heat/defrost diverter box. The one from my truck has the flapper rusted off of the long pin that is used to choose between heater and defrost outlets. So, I need one that has the flapper mechanism in good working order. If in the Houston, Rockwall, or San Antonio area I can pick up. Otherwise I will ask what is the cost of shipping to Cypress TX 77429.

Actually found the A/C diverter but haven’t found the S duct yet. Ran out of daylight so I’ll look again tomorrow. Here’s pics of the A/C box I have, sorry the pics all flipped on their side.

Thanks. I should have given you my list from the beginning, and had actually planned buying the stuff I could get new from a reproduction vendor. But when you showed me that defrost diverter box in that good condition it made me think perhaps you had other stuff that I should be getting from you. So, you caught me off guard and without a proper shopping list. I'm also going to need a center vent and the studs and nuts that hold it in place.

Are you looking for the chrome vent or the plastic duct immediately behind it? May be clearest to reference the numbers in the diagram.

Yes, indeed. Number 11 in the diagram, part 38-5045 chrome vent. I see that diagram does not show the studs and nuts but I also need those. I have the plastic duct behind it and it seems to be in good shape.

Here’s the S duct. It’s nice, no cracks and not brittle.
I looked and do not have any chrome bezels that are decent.
So for all 3 pieces above & below, with shipping to TX, I can do $120 if paying via USPS money order, or $123.89 if using PayPal. Just let me know.

Just saw this. I have a heater unit I took off my truck in Katy and have not got around to posting it for sale yet. I'm sure it is not as nice as the one you are buying but if you realize you are missing a part just let me know. I need to clean out the left overs out of my garage.
