Heater System for sale for 69 C10

This came out of my restored 69 C10. Rebuilt 10 years ago and it works fine. Just don't need it as I live in Southern California and removal makes working under hood much easier.
When I rebuilt it I replaced:
Blower Motor
Core,
Gaskets
Cables
blower motor resistor.

Comes with power cord, heater hose as pictured and firewall insulation.

May have a leak in core or I just had a leaky hose connection
One bolt tab is broken off and needs reattachment. See Photo.
Lower hole for core pipe has some damage. See photo.
Has some over spray.

Very little rust for a unit of this vintage.

$200 plus shipping. Shipping around 65.
Will disassemble for shipping.
