Question on e brake?

Attached is a picture from LMC. The Red circle, it looks like their should be a bracket ,because the way the cable is bent. if so they do not show it, and if their is one where does it hook up to?

Thanks dmack91, What I also found out is the main cable seems to be TOOOOOOOO Long. If I were to use it I would be going around the trans and hitting more of my exhaust pipes. THE Cable that goes to the rear wheel seems to be about 4-6 inches to long. This IS ONE OF THOSE TIME I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH LMC Stuff.
Now I got to figure out how do I get a cable the right length.

Mine was missing and I replaced it from a parts truck. It is also about 6" too long. I just used a u-shaped cable clamp as a new stop on the end for now.
