Check with Jaime or Nick at Aspen Auto in Fountain Hills, AZ. I bet they have one...

If they don't, I have a pair here, but I'm in Canada.

I've got one on the floor in my shop. (well, had it on the floor last week... then cleaned the shop!). It's out there somewhere, and I've also got a couple bars out of trucks next to the shop. I can get one for you, but I'm out of town and won't be back until Monday.
$35, plus shipping.
