Summit Brass/Copper Radiator Question

Well this coming Spring I am going to either replace or get my original heater core and radiator recored. Been back and forth on this for a few years. I like the Cold Case Aluminum rad that was mentioned on here last week ( link attached ) and the Champion Aluminum Rads have a good reputation as well. I also came across this brass/copper one ( link ) that Summit sells and am wondering if anyone has bought one of these and if so how good/bad is it.. Its sure nice to have options and choices when buying parts but sometimes there are too many choices. They announced the Hot Rod Power Tour Route for 2020 and it ends at Madison Wisconsin so the 2021 Power Tour will be starting from Madison which is 1200 miles from me which is as close to the West as its probably going to get so need to get this cooling thing done.

Re: Summit Brass/Copper Radiator Question

That's as close to OEM as it gets....should be good for another 50 years.

Replaced mine earlier this year and went with Champion Aluminum with the electric fans and shroud package, mainly because I have 2 already, 1 almost 20 years old and the other about 4 years with ZERO issues.

The new one in my 70 Flatbed is guaranteed to cool 1000 HP, well I got nowhere near that, but I got plenty of cooling for the old work horse "Otis"
