69-75? 3/4 ton hubcaps? NOS vs Chromed ?
 

This is not my era of expertise, so I need to ask those who know these years.
First, one cap appears to be chromed as opposed to stainless. Were these the earliest editions? And do they hold special value compared to the more common stainless caps? This one is quite nice with no rash, splits, or harsh dents. It does have some minor paint loss and a few subtle imperfections/dings.
