What is the 4x4 leaf spring retainer you have listed?

It's the bracket under the cab frame brackets. It gets welded on the front of the ds front spring shackle to keep the spring in place if the spring or spring bolt should brake.

I didn't see pics for the lock cylinders and keys, can you post a pic of those please? I may have missed them in the pictures. If I did, I apologize.

There in the 4th pic just above the Cheyenne/10 emblems, in a plastic bag.
There's 2 door & 1 ign cyl and 2 keys, I believe there all keyed the same. The keys are both square GM keys.
New unopened. I can get a closer pic if you want but I'd rather not open them.

The cables have two different part numbers. So I would guess they are different.
