Will a 1968 gmc radiator support work for a 1968 c10 radiator support?

GMC was quad lights and Chevy dual so I don't think so.

It can be done but you will need the headlight buckets and adjusters off a chevy core support. If you search this subject on the forum search it pops up how to do it.
