Barn door flip up windows?

I used to have those windows that hinged at the top and opened a little at the bottom on my Astro van.

Anyone ever convert there barn door windows to flip open?

I think someone built an extra cab with the extra side window that flipped up

Yes, I remember that. I think it was a Ford flip out 1/4 window.
