Just wondering if this tilt column shoe release is bent or if it’s supposed to be this way.

Its bent, but not sure how that happened?

Thanks. I couldn’t find a picture of it in all my searches. It was like that when i took it apart. The tilt did work fine but I’ll straighten it as best as I can. I’m sure it would be near impossible to find another one

I have a lot of parts columns if you want one that isnt bent.

It is not bent, it is suppose be that way!

70shortfleet is right, it's not bent. I went to take one apart and that bent part is on the opposite side of what I was looking at. You can just see it in this pic on the upper side next to the left side lock shoe. Sorry for any confusion.

Thanks for the help. Luckily I saw shortfleets post before I tried to straighten it out so all is good
