t221 bearing and seal part #s

Does anyone have a list of part numbers for the bearings and seals for the rockwell t-case? I know torque king sells them all in a package but it seems like I could source them locally or at least from rockauto for less than $300.

We don't have a complete list of the bearings or seals yet, but we are going down the same road you are. We figured it would be cheaper going to the local parts store or ebay. Did a quick check and found some bearing on ebay (timkin) that were a lot cheaper than napa. We will have to check out rock auto. We did get some of seals at autozone(shift shaft) and the yoke seals. The case is out to get powdered coated and then reassemble. Attachment 1972915

Excellent thread, thank you. I did manage to figure it out by looking at the factory service manual and rockauto and matching them up. I've got just over $200 in bearings and seals delivered, should be here by the end of the week.

I'll be following to see how you get along. I should have everything by early next week for mine other than gaskets. I'm just going to cut my own.

If you don't mind, can you post when you get all your bearing. We would be interested if they are all correct. We are going to order some of are bearings next week. Thanks

Yes I will. I did notice though that I only ordered 1 shift seal and I need 2.
