Glove box door help please

so for days now i have been asking for help on a different post here about the glove box and for some reason they are all acting like i don't exist :( So now ill make my own post! Here it is so i got my new glove box sleeve installed and it fit like a glove har har har... BUT im ripping out my hair trying to figure out something that in my head should be so simple to do,

How in Gods name do you mount the glove box door? see every time i i get it put on the way i think it should be the bottom edge of the door binds hard with the bottom of the dash! i have to be doing something wrong but what is it? now i do much better with pics showing me how to do things and not just words. sorry its just how my brain works i know that is a inconvenience to you guys but could one of you please take the time to help with this issue please?

hi Mike do you have the glovebox liner under the dash lip or on top of the lip ?
did you have the door mounted before without the liner without any problems ?

Mike, it slides into the bottom of the hinge assembly. Attach the hinge assembly first to the liner then the bracket and the glovebox lid last. Hope this helps.

There is a nylon washer that the glovebox door bolt goes through on each side.

DPowers yeah the liner is mounted to the bracket and the bracket is mounted to the truck already. so are you saying i just pop one end in the circle and then the other side in? or do i do what i have been doing which is put it in the mount altogether as 1 piece and then mount it to the truck ?

Take the bolt out of one side. slide it in and then pop in the other side and then put in the bolt on that side.
