A simple request
 

This is not only to help those who are asking questions but to help those of us who often answer those questions get you the right answer and possibly from the right person in more timely fashion.

Please either put the info on the truck as to:
Year, model, engine and transmission along with chassis in your signature or when you ask a question remind us of what you are working on.

I and I imagine a number of others have had check other posts of someone asking a question to be reminded of what they are working on and some of the details about it. Or if time was short I just didn't do anything at all and hoped Joedoe or one of the others who gives solid answers answered the question.

thanks mr48, I have had the same issue with posts that don't give much info other than a question. sometimes I just skip the post as well because I don't have time to research what the poster is working with. sometimes a pic is really informative as well. if a poster could include a pic along with the question it would help us all come up with an answer.

I like the way some guys have their truck listed in their signature line. That way everyone knows what year/make/model they're referring to.

ok, so for us computer illiterate people, how do we put that info in our signature????

Near the top of the page click om User CP. This will take you to your control panel. Look in the list along the left side for Edit Signature
