1986 C10 manual to power brake conversion
I have a 86 c10 with factory manual brakes, can I simply add a booster? What all is required to complete the swap?

Far as I know you will also need the rod assembly that connects from the booster to the pedal. You may have to drill another hole it the brake pedal to get the rod level.

When I did my Chevelle I ordered the booster, and a special rod that connects it to the brake pedal brackets. I also ordered a used brake proportioning valve since the car was drum brake before. Bolted everything up bleed the brakes had no issues!
