Started there. No suck luck. Only found a couple of Google images. Nothing in any diagrams or part numbers.

Re: PS bracket

#25 The front bracket S/P mounting is 73-78- C,K 350.
The rear bracket S/P support ASM ADJ is 73-78 C,K,P 350.<(This one not the most command used.)
would need more info: what it came in, what option on motor for belts run.
Then lots of Part # them to pick and that still hit miss un till can cross off a few.
This is just one book for 73-78 truck I checked. Group 6.606

I think that part would’ve perfect for what I am working on but improvised with old parts. Weak link seems to be the one bolt that that is mounting everything to the manifold. Seem strong enough. We’ll see when I drive a little.

If it work. But looking at your bracket it not the right one for the ex-manifold I think the one in the center works them.http://www.2040-parts.com/70-76-chev...elle-i2040599/

Re: PS bracket

Thanks. Like I said not happy with it but going to see if holds while keeping my eyes open at the local pick-a-part yards.

Tryouts g to get it back to pretty close to correct for the period. Seems like previous owners kept it up pretty good but maybe improvised with salvage yard parts available. Finding a few Impala and Chevelle pieces as well as 81-87 parts.

Going for a survivor/patina truck so definitely like used OEM stuff.

So far just under $300 under tff grr e hood with a few brackets, maintenance items, hoses, spray paint, plus gobs of carb cleaner/oven cleaner/degreaser, and tons of elbow grease.

I used an Alan Grove 400L in my 68' with a 327 and short water pump. I am quite happy with the quality and fit.

Yours probably needs the bracket for the long water pump.
