what determined tailgate or barndoors or n a sub?
 

Is there a package that included the barn doors or tailgate option on a suburban? just trying to figure out what determined either rear door setup. I've seen full dressed silverados with the barn doors and heated glass. pretty odd setup.

I have ordered a few Suburbans back in the early 90’s. It may have been part of a package, I remember it was an option, to have either barn doors or a tailgate. And I don’t believe it mattered on the model.
