Glide Engineering seats

Who has experience with Glide Engineering seats? (love them or?)
Looking at the split bench.

be careful with them, I guess with any seat you should sit in them first. glide seats a re short coupled (seat base short front to back) and me being 6'3" they hit me wrong in the back of my thighs. I personally like wiseguys.com seats much better and I think they are somewhat cheaper to boot. good luck!

I'd say that what JWhotrod said should apply to any seat that you consider. Just like a pillow, mattress or anything else no truck seat is perfect for everyone and while it may be the most comfortable seat I ever sat on it may not fit you at all.

I remember sitting on a Glide engineering seat at the Goodguys Pleasanton in 1998 when a gal my age came and sat down beside and while we were telling each other and ourselves how great the seat felt her hubby came up and wasn't too happy she was sitting there with me. For me at 5'10 with a 29 inch inseam the seat sat great. So good that If I had had the money with me I would have probably bought it on the spot as the Late 70's Dodge sedan seat that is in it is harder than an oak church pew. Fits great, looks decent still but hard as all get out.
Along with being comfortable so that you can feel like driving a lot of miles the seat needs to look right in the truck. Too many seats stuck in these trucks look like they were stuck in with not thought put into how they actually look in the truck at all.

I know it’s not a glide seat. But I just got this one yesterday from tea’s seats , it’s pretty dam comfortable, but the real test would be sitting in it for a 2-3 Hr. cruise I guess

The real test would be a three ten hour a day road trip going 2500 miles one way.
