Internal slave recommendation needed
 

I'm using parts from a couple of newer trucks in my squarebody build.

For those of you with a nv4500 behind a 6.0, what internal slave cylinder/release bearing has the best chance of lasting long term?

Is there a specific brand or model that stands out from the pack in longevity?

I'm not sure the T800 came with 6.0 and a manual. If it did they are rare.

The 4.8L V8 came with the NV3500.

The gmt800 2500 trucks did come with the 6.0 engine and the nv4500. I know of one "cat-eye" example here in regular use.

But like you said, they're a lot less common than I had assumed they'd be.
